Terms of Service
These website terms explain the information presented here. Purchasing a NeverSpam program requires a separate service agreement setting out the scope, fees, measurement methodology, and responsibilities for your engagement.
Website information
NeverSpam provides information about managed B2B outbound services. Reading this site or booking a meeting does not create a paid subscription or a service commitment. Program availability and scope are confirmed with you before an engagement starts.
The inbox-placement guarantee
The advertised guarantee is a minimum 90% Google/Gmail inbox-placement rate, measured through NeverSpam’s deliverability testing and subject to the applicable service agreement. If verified placement falls below the threshold, credits apply to individual affected days under that agreement. The guarantee does not promise 100% placement, primary-tab placement for every message, replies, meetings, or revenue.
Infrastructure replacement
The advertised program includes replacement of sending domains that require replacement at NeverSpam’s expense. Provisioning, authentication, and reputation preparation follow the procedures applicable to your program.
Illustrations and performance
Animated network displays and campaign scenarios are illustrations. They are not connected to live customer accounts. The sample campaign figures are not verified client results and should not be treated as predicted or guaranteed outcomes. Actual performance depends on the audience, offer, campaign, and other conditions.
Service boundaries
Starter infrastructure is designed for approximately 300,000 emails per month. Reply routing or AI-assisted qualification may be included according to the engagement. NeverSpam does not provide appointment-setting services. Your team remains responsible for the sales process.
Questions and agreements
Discuss your requirements with NeverSpam before relying on a particular configuration. The signed service agreement controls the commercial relationship and the precise application of service remedies.
