NEVERSPAM / LEGAL

Acceptable Use

NeverSpam is designed for responsible business outreach and relevant conversations. These expectations apply to campaigns operated through a NeverSpam engagement, alongside the applicable service agreement.

Accurate identity and messaging

Campaigns must accurately represent the sender and business. Do not impersonate another organization, fabricate prior conversations, misrepresent an offer, or use deceptive claims or subject lines.

Relevant business audiences

Use prospect information that you are authorized to process for the intended outreach. Keep targeting relevant to the recipient’s business role. Do not provide stolen data, access credentials, or information obtained by bypassing access controls.

Opt-outs and suppression

Respect requests to stop receiving messages. Maintain suppression lists and ensure that opted-out recipients are not reintroduced through later imports or campaigns. Campaigns must include the sender information and opt-out mechanisms required for the intended audience.

Prohibited content and conduct

Do not use the service for fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, unlawful discrimination, deceptive financial offers, or unlawful goods and services. Do not attempt to compromise recipient systems or circumvent another service’s access controls.

Campaign responsibilities

Clients must supply accurate offers and business details, review campaign representations, and follow the requirements applicable to their business, audience, and jurisdiction. NeverSpam’s deliverability guarantee does not remove those responsibilities.

Questions

If you are unsure whether an audience, offer, or campaign is appropriate for the service, discuss it with the NeverSpam team before launch.
